Additional surcharges will be applied automatically to checkout to the following areas:
- Northern Ireland = Sorry, we currently have no service.
- Scottish Highland = Postage charge + £30
- Scottish Islands = Postage charge + £30
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £150 (excluding the above surcharged areas)
All our plants and trees are securely packaged and will arrive at your door in as healthy a condition as when they left the nursery all ready for plants. You can see our packaging in the video below:
All Plant & Tree orders are dispatched within 3-5 WORKING DAYS, plus your delivery service time, delivery service time by our group of carefully selected carriers is 1-2 working day after dispatch times.
All orders are prepared and packed by one of our specially trained staff members. All orders are delivered in specially manufactured plant and tree boxes and are guaranteed to arrive in perfect nursery fresh condition.
All Polytunnel Kit orders are dispatched within 5-10 WORKING DAYS, plus your delivery service time, delivery service time by our group of carefully selected carriers is 1-2 working day after dispatch times.
All Polytunnels are manufactured to order, within our dedicated manufacturing workshop in Norfolk, East Anglia, Polytunnels will arrive via our chosen carrier, and you will be notified via email of the exact delivery date prior to delivery.
All Gardening Equipment & Compost orders are dispatched within 3-5 WORKING DAYS, plus your delivery service time, delivery service time by our group of carefully selected carriers is 1-2 working day after dispatch times.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, please return your order in the same condition it arrived in the original packaging within 28 days to the address provided. Once we inspect the products and confirm they have been returned in good condition, we will issue a full refund.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition please contact us immediately via email, along with a digital photo attached showing the extent of the damage clearly, please also include reason, order number and full name and contact details. Once of our skilled staff will review your issue and will contact you within 48 working hours.
