Planting & Care Recommendations
Position: Full sun in a sheltered location
Soil: Prefers deep, fertile, well-drained soil; avoid poorly drained or waterlogged areas
Hardiness: Fully hardy in the UK, including colder regions
Spacing: Allow at least 8–10 metres between trees to accommodate mature spread
Fruit Production: Begins cropping in 4–5 years depending on conditions and care
Maintenance: Low maintenance – prune only to shape when young if needed
