On this page we’ve answered the questions our customers ask most often about ordering, deliveries and the products we offer here at Direct Plants. Hopefully, you’ll find all the information you need. Our Guarantee to You
At Direct Plants, we take pride in the quality and health of our plants. We guarantee that every plant you receive will be nursery-fresh and in top condition, ready to thrive with proper care.
However, because plants are living organisms, their continued health depends on the care and environment they receive after planting. While we cannot offer an extended guarantee for plants beyond delivery due to these natural variables, we stand by the initial quality of our products.
If your plant arrives damaged or appears unhealthy, please contact us with a photo via email. We are committed to your satisfaction and will ensure you receive a healthy replacement or a full refund.
Thank you for choosing Direct Plants, where your satisfaction and the health of our plants are our top priorities.

Do you grow the plants you sell on your website?
The vast majority of the plants, trees and hedging we sell are grown and cared for on our own five-acre nursery here in Norfolk. We have a fantastic team of expert horticulturists who ensure all our plants are well cared for and in the best of health when picked and packed for your order. Once they reach you our plants have a 100% survival rate if correctly cared for.
Why do you sell polytunnels?
With such a large nursery and the thousands of plants and trees we sell we need the best possible protection for them as well as perfect growing conditions. But we couldn’t find polytunnels of a high enough quality so began making our own. We then decided to offer our commercial grade tunnels to professional growers and all our other customers.
We are now one of the biggest sellers of polytunnels in the UK. We manufacture all our polytunnels in our own workshops and they can now be found in gardens, small holdings, allotments, farms and nurseries throughout the country.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and you also have the option of paying by PayPal. For order values of over £99 you can choose to pay by PayPal Credit and (subject to status) spread the cost of your purchase over four monthly payments.
