We don’t cut corners. Every tree is grown with care and inspected before dispatch, so you can plant with confidence and enjoy results for years to come.
Pot-grown trees can be planted at any time of year, avoiding periods of frost or extreme heat.
Water the tree well before planting.
Dig a hole at least twice the width of the pot.
Remove the pot and gently loosen the roots if necessary.
Plant so the top of the root ball sits level with the soil surface.
Backfill, firm gently, and water thoroughly.
Stake if required, especially in exposed locations.
Mulch around the base (keep clear of the trunk).
Water regularly during the first growing season and prune lightly in winter to shape.
With proper care, your Moorpark Apricot Tree will flourish, rewarding you with abundant harvests of delicious, sun-ripened fruit year after year.
