A stunning evergreen hardy shrub. Gorgeous bright red flower spikes in abundance putting on a striking display of colour in mid-summer. New soft foliage emerges with a pretty pink blush ageing to a dark green, all year round. The leaves leave a pleasant lemon smell when crushed. An exotic-looking plant but UK fully hardy. Can be also container grown on a patio or decking, and grows to approx 5-6ft tall when mature.
