Whether you're planting a single tree or building your home orchard, this premium Cox’s Orange Pippin apple tree offers unmatched flavour and reliable cropping — a delicious classic for any fruit grower.
Our trees are delivered root-wrapped in moist compost, ensuring they arrive nursery-fresh. This means you don’t need to plant immediately — they’ll stay fresh for several days or even several weeks, giving you time to plant at your convenience.
Soak roots (still wrapped or unwrapped) in a bucket of water for 1–2 hours before planting to hydrate.
Dig a hole large enough to spread the roots comfortably, and position the tree so the graft union sits just above soil level.
Backfill with soil, firm in gently, and water thoroughly.
Stake if required, especially in exposed areas.
Mulch around the base (avoiding the trunk) to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
Keep well-watered through the first growing season. Prune lightly in winter to shape and encourage strong growth.
With proper care, your Cox’s Orange Pippin apple tree will thrive and reward you with abundant, flavour-packed harvests for years to come.
