Cytisus ‘Luna’, commonly known as Broom, is a beautiful spring-flowering ornamental shrub, supplied as a fantastic value pack of 3 XL established plants, approximately 4–5ft tall, in 2 or 3 litre nursery pots. Renowned for its spectacular golden-yellow blossom and elegant upright growth habit, this attractive variety provides immediate height, colour and structure, making it an excellent choice for instant gardening and creating a mature garden effect.
During late spring and early summer, Cytisus ‘Luna’ produces an abundance of vibrant yellow, pea-like flowers, covering its slender green stems in a magnificent display of colour. The cheerful golden blossom creates a striking feature in sunny garden borders, particularly when planted in groups for maximum impact.
Its naturally upright, arching growth habit and attractive green stems provide additional garden interest beyond the flowering season. Cytisus thrives in sunny positions with well-drained soil and is particularly well suited to cottage gardens, informal borders and naturalistic planting schemes.
At approximately 4–5ft tall when supplied, these established nursery plants offer considerably more immediate impact than smaller young shrubs. Supplied as a collection of 3 large potted plants, they are ideal for creating a colourful flowering display, filling substantial border spaces or adding height and structure to established gardens.
